Senior Account Manager - Transportation Staffing

Our company is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with experience in the Transportation Industry to assist in acquiring new clients for our staffing business.


The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid them in their success using our service. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face.


Responsibilities:

  • New customer acquisition, identify potential clients and pursue them. On-board new clients

  • Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs

  • Maintain contact and communications with clients to identify opportunities for growth

  • Manage all reporting about the health of clients' accounts

  • Manage assigned corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with client manager and team members, mine the account and increase our value and revenue

  • Work with hiring managers in defining their consultant needs

  • Contacting potential clients through a variety of means and media including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Maintaining accurate, complete and up to date records of client outreach at its various stages

  • Monitor and maintain relationships with existing clients with regular communication and updates making sure they are being taken care of and that any and all needs are being satisfied

  • Manage the entire staffing sales process from prospecting to close

  • Creatively coming up with new and innovative ways of expanding our footprint of clients in a variety of different markets and industries


Qualifications

  • Experience in Staffing sales, Marketing & Business Development

  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, determination, and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Leadership and Management skills

  • Team player

  • Experience and ability to work under pressure against deadlines and achieve targets

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This is a remote working position.

Income potential $150,000 annually

Compensation is based on a substantial commission structure.
